Amp Warranty 

Howlin’ Amps warranties amps against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years from date of purchase. This warranty excludes abuse, bad tubes, blown speakers, cosmetics, physical damage, shipping damage, or attempted repairs by anyone other than our authorized service technician. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non transferable. If you buy a second hand Howlin’ amp we can offer recertification program. This means you send the amp to us – where we will inspect the amp, service if needed, retube and then offer a 2 year warranty for a fee of 200€ ( plus service cost ). Modifying or altering the amp in any way voids the warrantee. Shipping to and from the warranty repair center is the responsibility of the customer. Units being returned for service must be pre-authorized by us, so please contact us by phone or email. We will try to make every effort to troubleshoot the amp by phone or email and avoid unnecessarily shipping when the issue proves to be a minor one. 

Tube Warranty 

Before we install the tubes we inspect them with “Amplitrex” AT1000 tube tester to make sure tubes are in good working condition…. As such we also offer 90 day warrantee for tubes installed or sold by us. This warranty will automatically terminate 90 days after the original retail sales date.
